The Plushies have landed!! And they are taking over! AHHHHHHHHHHH lol cant you see that as being the caption here??I just love seeing how personalities can come out in something handmade, specifically cute little stuffed plushies! These just made me giggle! I got this treasury in the west late last night, and had such fun putting it together! I tried to get the alternates seen too, even if they are a little washed out. of course now i am realizing if i had done this in the poster sketch you could have seen it better. but eh, i'm too lazy to go back and do that now! lolIt's hard resisting not buying them all up at this point! it all started when i was on the hunt for something cute with a bit of an attitude to send to a friend of mine who's really having a tough time. I wanted to find something unusual, but also something she could squeeze and hold onto. And, i was just finding all these amazing plushies! I just had to honor some in a treasury! Don't they just make you smile?? 
Oh and if you are wondering which one i settled on for my friend (seeing as i know she will never read this, its ok !) i ended up getting her this cute little guy called an Emotional! From Fluffyflowers shop! Isnt he cute??
OK so i admit, i am about Boobed out here! After a month of working, promoting, making, promoting, creating, promoting, oh did i say promoting! lol the Breast Cancer Awareness Challenge, i decided that i would make a treasury just for me! Something totally non breast related, something totally not pink! So i did this one! I have to say i really love it! It was fun to make, and just such a contrasting difference from all the breast cancer awareness ones i have been doing for a month now. Now don't get me wrong, i loved doing them! I am so proud to have been a part of that contest, and so proud of all the etsians that took part, but it was just a nice change of pace for me! Plus i think all these sellers deserve to be in a treasury! i totally loved the feel they give off. Not quite Steampunk, Not quite Goth, Not quite Victorian. But, i think, a mesh of all three wrapped into one. Sometimes i feel as if i was born about 100 years too late!
So i managed to snag a Treasury last night! Seemed like i had been waiting, literally, days for the treasury to open up again! it was hanging at 333 forever!!! And, i was lucky, as you can see to get one along with some 600 others because it shot up to over 900 treasuries! As much as i love snagging one, i often think there should be a cap put on how many can be created. But anyway, that topic will be for another day! as i really just want to show this off! But, the powers that be (etsy) i guess hiccuped and alllllll the treasuries that were made during that time were lost! :( including mine! It was such a good one too! But, i managed to get a treasury in Twest just now, and tried to recreate it as best as i could! i also included a few items i have found along the way that also fit our challenge. THe entries are coming in daily! They are all amazing! We now have 50 shops officially signed up!!!! How cool is that! We really want this to be big!
